Repair of the Goddess Cloth

Only one animal......

as you all know i love animals. All of them...........except one!

Guess what happened.......

I had the opportunity to join in a group expo with one of my works and i said yes, i like that.
I wanted to show my Goddess cloth. Went up to my atelier where i hadn't been much due to last months sadnesses. I opened the box with the Goddess cloth and............no!!!!!

The moths had taken over.
Really........ i can handle mice, cats, dogs, spiders, snakes. I even can handle a crocodile but moths........... no. The only animal in the world i hate and i'll  kill. Bad karma for me, i know.
So, now what?
I worked for almost one year on this Goddess cloth and now there's only four weeks left. I dont have to replace it totally, big pieces are ok and usefull. But.....in these 4 weeks is also my vacation so i will take it to France with me. Walk the brocantes in the early mornings and stitch in the afternoons.

Today i have been felting all day. Tomrrow i'll be dyeing/printing and if that has been dried there's the stitching.

Goddess help me please............

L'atelier aux plain air

Summer at last and what a beautiful weekend we had........
a meditation with the sound of softly falling rain and then sunshine again......days of stitching in the sunshine.

This is my atelier aux plain air and this is the keeper of my inspirations

I'll show the results later, now i must go outside to watch the thunder...............

Beautiful days in Nes..........

Have been to beautiful Nes a/d Amstel again last week where i attended a workshop with Irit Dulman. This is a pic from the B & B where i stayed.

I didn't only speak with animals, i also worked and felted a coat.....
