Is it finished?

a dress like this is never really finished because you can keep on stitching on it.........and i will!

As you  see i can stand on both of my feet again, a little uncertain and wobbly but i can stand and thats the most important. Yesterday i walked 500 m downtown and back again. Really proud and happy. Tomorrow i walk the stairs to my atelier for the first time in two months....halleluja!
Now the dress is finished  i'll collect papers and cloth so i can finish the last traveling journal for Susanne. Life is good...............

Almost finished

My feet could not move but my hands could. So.........for the first time in my life i stitched a dress all by hand. Some more days are needed, then its finished.

Ik kon niet lopen de laatste tijd maar gelukkig wel mijn handen gebruiken. Dus maakte ik voor de eerste keer in mijn leven een jurk..........totally by hand.
Er ontbreken nog een paar duizend borduursteekjes en dan laat ik het zien.
Oja, ik kan al weer strompelen met krukken.
